CIS- Customer Data in the Database
This new course covers Customer Relationship management (CRM) and how this relates to HHonors and the CIS. It goes on to detail how profiles and stay records are exchanged between hotels, the CIS and the HHonors database, as well as what happens to data when a guest makes a reservation and stays in a hotel. Finally, it includes information about how to improve data quality in hotels and explains the benefits of doing so.
