E-learning is our innovative web-based training system that lets you choose what, where and when you learn. You can complete the courses at your own pace, at home or work, to suit you. They are easy to operate and have been carefully tested.
Of course, the University offers different types of e-Learning. The on-line programmes in the Faculty of Operations have on-line tutor support; language learning has audio features; and the library in the Faculty of Management gives you the chance to directly measure the growth in your knowledge. What they all have in common is that they put you in charge of your learning!
From 2002 to 2005, nearly 10,000 Hilton people have completed over 100,000 e-Learning programmes. 93% of these learners said that they would recommend this form of learning to their friends and colleagues. The strongest "likes" were the chance to learn at a time, place and speed that is suited the learner.

It might seem complicated but it really isn't!
The most important thing is that the University has several learning partners. Imagine that each partner represents entry to a different room - and you need a key for each door. Not every room is going to be of interest or relevance to you, which means that sometimes not every door will be open for you.
